If you lead a teen ministry, this gathering is for you (not your team - YOU). Give yourself a peer community where you can be authentically happy or discouraged in a group of people who 'get it'. Youth Minister Cohort is every 3rd TUESDAY, rotating between a virtual lunch and in person dinner.

About the event
If you lead a teen ministry, this gathering is for you (not your team - YOU). As the youth pastor/minister or team leader, you have a unique set of joys and problems. Give yourself a peer community where you can be authentically happy or discouraged in a group of people who 'get it'.
Join your peers whether you're 'crushing it' or drudging through despair. THIS is the context you can give when you're on the mountaintop, and receive comfort and encouragement or just some listening ears and prayer when you find yourself struggling or rejoicing.
This cohort is dedicated to those who lead teen ministries. Whether you are on staff as a Youth Pastor, you run a para-church teen-ministry, or are the volunteer head of the youth ministry at your church, this cohort is for you!
