In 2019 we 'tried out' a concept of Ministry Leader Cohorts by gathering over 30 youth pastors (some full time, some bi-vocational, and other volunteer).  We shared a meal, had guided table discussions, and prayer that was powerful and targeted to all things concerning teens in the Philly region,.  One youth pastor commented, "Thank you for this gathering!  I no longer feel so alone!"  This was a powerful comment, because this leader was on staff at a well funded, well staffed church.  That comment highlighted the need for connection between ministry leaders in the same genre.  Only other leaders serving the same people group as you, will truly understand your wins, sorrows, and particular needs of the people group you serve.

Now, we are hosting this summit with the intention of launching cohorts for each of 8 ministry genres.  Are you a leader of a different kind of ministry?  YOU TOO are welcomed to the summit.  We'll have a special breakout option for you as well.
