Rev. Dr. Michel Faulkner Steps Up

Good morning,

I pray that this email finds you abiding in the fullness of God’s presence and blessings, enjoying His rich provisions for you, your family, and the ministry He has entrusted to you.

I am reaching out today with a heart full of gratitude and excitement to share some wonderful news about the new season God has ushered me into. For the past four years, it has been my privilege to be a part of the pastoral team at Victory Churches, where I have served as the Pastor of Outreach Ministries. During this time, I have witnessed a remarkable revival unfold through our community at Victory Church. The Lord has indeed been gracious, as the church is experiencing its largest weekly attendance in history. We have seen firsthand how   Souls are being save and God is healing hearts and homes regularly and there is no letup in sight. "God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us" (Ephesians 3:20).

As we celebrate these milestones, I am also excited to announce a significant transition in my ministry role. After much prayer and consultation with Pastor Ed Crenshaw and Archbishop Mary, it has been confirmed that I will be stepping down as Pastor of Outreach Ministries to assume the role of CEO at the Philadelphia Council of Clergy. Archbishop Mary will continue to lead as the Presiding Prelate and ecclesiastical head and covering of the PCC. We are all committed to this new chapter and confident in God’s guidance as written in Proverbs 16:3, “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Thank you for your prayers, support, and fellowship in the Gospel. As Philippians 1:5 says, "because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now." I am eager to see how the Lord will continue to work in and through us all for His glory.

Looking forward to your response.

Blessings in Christ,

Michel Faulkner
