PRE EVENT

The ONLY reason I "care" about numbers is because the core core purpose of this event is to connect ministry leaders with other leaders who understand each other and can potentially build supportive and even collaborative relationships with. So if your leaders do not come, they cannot connect!

As a participant, you can register the ministry leaders in your church or org for free. Give the, a gift that will keep on giving!

PRINTING

There is no tech in the breakout classrooms. If you have handouts, LiveCarePhilly is a local non profit that now has a small printing service that is often less expensive than having your own printer at the church! So if you need printing, contact Zach Asap and let him know you're with the summit for priority.

Booklets & Brochures Calculations

1. Divide how many pages are in the booklet 4

2. Multiply that number by the kind of paper/color chose (above)

3. Add .25 cents to the price of each for fold/staple.

Example:

20 page, COLOR, 5.5x8.5 booklet =

5 sheets of 8.5x11 paper, color ink = .35x5=$1.75

+ staple/fold .25 each

Grand Total: $2 per booklet.

Same booklet at 8x11 size

5 color 11x17 papers @50cents per page = $2.75 per booklet
